Discovery Village Childcare Center and Preschool offers the care of a village, the creativity of an art studio, and the discovery of a science lab, embracing children from 6 weeks to 5 years in high quality childcare and learning.
Mission
At Discovery Village our young villagers are immersed in quality care and learning. Our child-centered approach is thoughtfully designed to nurture the significant neural and physical development of the vital first five years of life.
Learning at Discovery Village stems from children’s sense of wonder and curiosity. Academic and social-emotional skills embedded in all that we do.
At Discovery Village, we offer our own unique village flair to “Reggio-inspired” learning, an innovative, experiential educational approach. Reggio-inspired learning is grounded in caring relationships, creative self-expression, and a deep commitment to preparing children to care for themselves and others.
Children at Discovery Village are playfully engaged in exploration and creativity, empowering them to experience both joy and a confident capacity to face life’s challenges. Children will leave Discovery Village grounded in kindness, and ready for Kindergarten.
